Hieno huoneisto hyvällä sijainnilla. Autotalli alakerrassa josta käynti suoraan asuntoon. Hyvä ilmastointi kaikissa tiloissa. Hyvä moderni keittiö. Käytimme vain pääkerroksen makuuhuoneita. Niiden sängyissä oli hyvä nukkua. Sängyt olivat riittävän jämäkät. Alakerran makuuhuonetta emme käyttäneet. Käytimme sekä ylä- että alakerran kylpyhuoneita jotka olivat toimivat. Yläkerran suihkukoppi oli tosin vähän ahdas. Asunnossa on mukava terassi ja pieni piha. Terassilla on erinomainen takkamallinen hiiligrilli. Sillä oli ilo grillata. Pyykinpesukone toimi hyvin. Yläkerrassa on hyvä WiFI ja älytelevisio. Käytössä on kaksi uima-allasta jotka ovat oikein mukavia ja erityisesti isompi on hyvin rauhallinen. Kaikkialla oli siistiä sisällä asunnossa ja talonyhtiön alueella. Vaikka asunto sijaitsee turistialueen lähellä vallitsee asunnon alueella ihmeellinen rauha ja hiljaisuus. Asunnolta on 2 km kävely vanhaan kaupunkiin tai bussilla pääsee muutamassa minuutissa. Lähin ranta on kävelymatkan päässä. Se ei ole hiekkaranta vaan rantapolulta mennään portaita järveen. Rantanurmikolla voi ottaa aurinkoa. Vesi on puhdasta ja suhteellisen matalaa ja oli mukava uida. Majoittajan kanssa oli nopeaa ja helppoa kommunikoida.

Alakerrassa ei ollut Wifiä, vain yläkerrassa. Tällöin alakerran tv:stä ei voinut katsoa esim. YouTubea. Alakerrassa on PlayStation mutta sen ohjaimet eivät toimineet. Kerroimme tästä majoittajalle joka heti lähti korjaamaan asian joten toivottavasti PlayStation toimii seuraavilla. Me emme sitä tosin kaivanneet, koska vietimme aikaa ulkona. Asunnon lähellä ei ole paljoa ravintoloita. Käytännössä lähdimme aina autolla ravintolaan. Lähellä on tosin erinomainen jäätelöbaari Mr. Ice. Pyyhkeitä oli runsaasti mutta ehkä kosteuden takia ne kaikki olivat tunkkaisia joten pesimme ne heti pyykinpesukoneella.

Neat and modern, clearly recently renovated. Good kitchen and spacious balcony.

The beds were very uncomfortable. Some were too hard and others too soft so you sank into the mattress. Maybe neutral should have been used instead.

Apartment was nice, clean, good size and with a huge balcony. Provided everything which was necessary (towels, kitchen utensils etc) Car park under the apartment was very convenient Communication with the owner was easy, prompt and easygoing

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa della Regina. The location was perfect, right by the stunning lake and a short walk to loads of great restaurants and the historical centre. The 3 bedroom apartment was perfect for us (family of 4 with 2 teenagers) air con is brilliant, spacious balcony with comfortable furniture (and lake view), amazing facilities (they have really thought of everything), spotlessly clean and the most generous welcome pack we have ever received- thank you. The kids also loved the PlayStation with games and poker set! We also loved the pool on the complex which was often quiet and very clean. Mike was also able to collect us from the airport and waited for us and stayed in touch when we were delayed. The team also arranged to store our luggage on the last day when we needed to check out and communication was great throughout. All in all we have no complaints at all, would highly recommend and hope to stay again in the future.
