Starannie przygotowany kompleks domków z parkingiem, ze wspólną, dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią, basenem, altaną, gdzie można zjeść posiłek oraz wypić kawę. Cały obiekt bardzo czysty. Właściciel organizuje wycieczki łodzią po Delcie Dunaju. Właściciel posługuje się językiem angielskim.
