Queens Lake Cabin

The Staff was courteous and the Location is also nice and room size is also great.

Did not like the Dinner preparation (Indian Vegetarian) which is also Limited and though the payment was secured, they asked for upfront payment on checking in. They also tried to charge for water bottles separately with Complimentary Break fast and Prepaid Dinner. The Lights were switched off in the middle of the night and we had wake up the staff to switch on the electricity. More lights also required in the rooms

The WiFi was temperamental. The lake view was obstructed by a newly constructed house. The breakfast was poor. Not worth the money.

The location was great and the staff couldn't do enough for you and very helpful. The food on the set menu was very good value and very well presented.

The room was cold and the hotel was unfortunately a little tied and could do with some investment. Would be good to have a fridge.

Beautiful location right on the top of the lake. Lovely, helpful staff ever ready to serve. Special shout-out to Mithurshan who was always ready to serve with a smile. Nice breakfast. We stayed 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed. View is just picturous. Double decker floor. Rohan, Rishvani, manager Mr. Mahesh you guys rock!

All good.. a must place to stay.

The view is amazing, watching the water sports activities around the day from your balcony is satisfying

Family room is located on the third floor with no lift, staff handles the luggage but it’s hard to carry the kids after a long trip to the third floor

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was cold, a small heater was provided and the staff brought hot water bottles to the room. Dinner was good and tasty, although it took almost an hour and a half to arrive. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Very dated. Certainly nowhere near a 5 star hotel Neighbouring property is being renovated and had workmen using power tools till after 8pm. (Not the hotels fault but still annoying) WiFi didn’t work. TV also didn’t work. Location is a bit out of the way of the town.

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr schöne Lage direkt am See. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend und man hat sich stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Die Zimmer waren geräumig. Wir empfanden es als nicht zu kalt und wenn der Heizlüfter im Raum genutzt wird reicht dies völlig aus. Durchgehend warmes Wasser zum duschen gehabt sodass es nicht einmal währenddessen kalt wurde wie in manch anderen Unterkünften in Sri Lanka. Das Essen war frisch zubereitet und wir empfanden es als völlig ausreichend. Sowohl Frühstück als auch Abendessen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen da das Preis-Leistungsverhältis einfach super war ☺️

De kamer was erg ruim, 2 bedden

Zaten dag 2 zonder stroom. Erg koud in de kamer, wifi werkte niet. Werden stipt 12:00 gebeld dat we de kamer uit moesten, konden niet douche niks.
