Villa Miti Bingin

The open plan kitchen and living areas plus the pool were amazing. Beds were very comfy as well. Bingin is expanding rapidly, this property is a little further away from the bingin cliff top area where we have stay previously however we always hire scooters so this was no issue for us and we liked that it was nice and private.

The swimming pool, which is a particular highlight of the property, is in need of attention and maintenance. There are only two sun beds on the small terrace, which can accommodate four people. The kitchen, located under the sink, is cluttered and disorganized, with dirty dishes and general disorder. The bathroom facilities are similarly unkempt and in need of attention. Unfortunately, this villa was not our first choice due to prior reservations in the area.

This villa was not as expected. Although only constructed a year ago, the furnishings appear to be several years old and require maintenance. The overall impression upon entering is one of poor value and low performance when compared to similar properties in the area, including those located in Bingin. The lighting in the garden is not functional, the pool is only partially lit, the doors are rubbing against the floor, and the cabinets are unstable, making them difficult to close. The windows cannot be opened, and the dishes in the kitchen are dirty. The equipment appears to have been purchased at a low price.

Was a little bit dirty, there were dishes under the sink that looked like they were left there a while. But other than that it was perfect

Good pool, kind staff , location walkable to cafes. Villa set out good. Bedrooms clean.

The kitchen wasn't clean. Cutlery all rusted and no hot water to wash dishes. Fridge not very clean. Would of liked a new dish cloth. Villa needs a deep clean in lounge room. Mold on some furniture. Bathrooms felt dirty as well. Needs some maintenance. Need fans in bedroom.

Stunning villa with an excellent family friendly pool. Lovely friendly staff who were very helpful, they organised bikes for us and also came and let us in when we lost a key one evening. Pool was perfect for our 3 year old daughter as it has a nice shallow playing area leading to gradual drop off. Villa gets sun all day long which is great.

Villa was beautiful but quite tired in a few places, front gate to property a bit wobbly both beds were very squeaky and noisy when moving around. Also the ceiling has gaps from the way it has been constructed so mosquitoes can free flow into the bedrooms, this also this makes the aircon much less effective. The location is good, you definitely need a bike to get around. There is quite a lot of building work surrounding the villa (December ’23) from about 7am - 6pm but that’s not the property’s fault.

The villa & the pool are beautiful. It’s well decorated.

Location is a bit out of hand. The amenities should be definitely improved. The construction around was starting from early morning so we couldn’t have a good sleep.

Pool was amazing, I enjoyed it very much! Women, who take care of the villa are really nice, polite and helpful! Villa is beautiful and there are plenty of good things. I got a fan when I asked for it and an offer for scooter rides because I had injured leg (I hurt it before, in my home country). I would recommend the villa if you want to be in a more remote area in Bali, and especially after the construction work is done.

There was massive construction work around the villa. Noise started every day very early in the morning and lasted at least until 5 PM. This wasn’t told in advance and it wasn’t taken into account in the rent. Cost didn’t change even afterwards, when I contacted the company. Unfortunately the continuous noise really bothered me and made my stay less enjoyable. I understand that owners can’t help it if there is construction work, but it should’ve been told in advance or at least compensated, when it was that loud.
