The young man came over about 2 AM (we had a canceled flight), he helped us upstairs with the bags. Very nice
Upstairs unit, no elevator, could be a problem for old people like us. It was clear from listing that there was no elevator, so fair enough.

C'è stata qualche incomprensione con il personale poi risolta. Il ceck-in alle 15,00. La posizione non è l'ideale per i non automuniti.

Location is not far from the exhibition although poorly served by taxis or buses
Staff disorganized (check in at 13,30 or 15,30? ) one man probably working part-time, unpolite towards all guests, thin walls - you could hear the neighbour coughing - probably used to rent rooms to migrants, mediocrely cleaned, sink obstructed, no parking

AIR CONDITION ABSOLUTELY NOT WORKING, ( I BOOKED 2 ROOMS, NO IN ONE WAS WORKING), TEMPERATURE IN ROOM STAY 27.4 FOR ALL DAY AND FOR ALL NIGHT... (SET WAS AT 18 GRADUS) AND IN MORNIG THE WATER IN THE SHOWER WAS COLD.... MAYBE NON BOILER ... MAYBE ONLY SOLAR PANEL.... (BUT THIS IS NOT MY PROBLEM)
