Lovely setting quiet but easily walkable to San Gimignano. Cool inside Walk to swimming pool quite long and if really want book other property apartments. But great pool. But a long way for cool drinks and quite steep walk back to villa

This is slightly nit picky for a good 8.9 property Outside table very rickety and only for 4. Needs a bigger bin in kitchen or ideally 3 small bins for recycling sorting given recycling bins at top of drive. Glass organic recyclable. ? One more fan for third bedroom and ? Possibility of iron given washing machine and line. Would still easily book again
