If you are looking for somewhere budget friendly and want to stay at a beach front location, I would suggest this hotel. The beach is only a short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioner works VERY well. It was quiet at night even though there was a younger crowd there. The pool is 24hr access. They enforce “quiet time” after 12 am. So there was not loud music or talking after that time.

They only provide sheets for the beds. If you are cold natured like me I would suggest bring a blanket. The rooms are dated and I could see the presence of what looked like mold behind the shower head. The shower curtains are not long enough so the floor WILL get wet. There is space under the room door so I would advise putting a towel under it if you don’t want to run the risk of a peeping tom. There is not a microwave in the room so do not buy anything that will need to be heated up

Only a 2 minute walk and across the street is a beach access point. Literally. Right across the street. The pool is open 24/7. And the staff was friendly and helpful.

No major complaints. Rooms very basic but can't beat the price.

Bed wasn’t comfortable, only had a sheet to cover with- there was no comforter/blankets, floors and garbage can were dirty, and we were unaware or a $100 damage deposit until we arrived for check-in. Nothing was mentioned regarding a deposit when the property was being considered or booked.

Room was outdated with mold, water damage, and smelled like smoke. Neighbor smoked all night—awful experience.

Good for the price. Staff is nice and friendly. Pool is open all night . Close to shops and pier.

Terrible. We are from Tennessee and stayed here for 2 hours. Absolutely a nightmare. Needless to say the fire marshall and code enforcement paid them a visit. The owner lady was super nice but no blankets on the beds and apparently this happens to all guests, ant infestation, refrigerator broken and food spoiled, door wouldn’t close to lock, extension chords running through the floor because outlets didn’t work and sparks fly when you plug in phone, etc. and pool was green and unusable. No parking!!! Please be aware this is not just a hotel it’s a bar!!!! They also told me I would be refunded but then wouldn’t answer the request from Expedia! Luckily I was still in town and went to the office and videoed the owner and pleaded with her and she accepted the refund request immediately. Please note you will have to pressure them to receive a refund!!! I would submit pictures but it won’t let me!!!! No lights worked in our unit. It was the suite #143. Terrible!!!!!

The rooms are not as advertised, bathroom door blocked ac bathroom was not clean and it was without ac , there was no house keepers you had to ask for more towels, toilet tissue etc
