When I got there I got an upgrade to a better room, they were very helpful and the room was very nice and clean, the bed was also soft and there was even place to hang your clothes. I could also check out at 14:00, this was all without extra fee. The scooter rental was nice, I could also rent for half a day and the scooter was good quality. The family itself is not very social but they are there to help the moment you need anything.

Clean and close to the market.

Staff is not open to helping. Was try to ask for help but denied.

Property was quiet and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.

Bed was uncomfortable

Loved locations a little away from the noise of town centre, excellent bars and restaurants.

The location is really good. It's around a 10 minute walk to the beach and has multiple cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Trang that works at the front desk is incredibly nice and helpful. Most of all the value for what u pay is ncredible. I ended up staying for 11 days so it shows how much I liked it!

There wasn't always hot water but if u leave the water running for a few minutes it usually gets pretty warm. Another thing is that there was sometimes a fishy smell from the place across the street so I couldn't open the window much, but I think the other rooms are further than my room. Also my room would've been small for two people but it was great for me

The windows in the room don't open, there is just the glass to look through. So no possible to get some fresh air in the room, only AC or fan. But that's typical for Vietnam.
