Just by look, one can't say this is a hotel for a stay. It is very much in a congested manner. There is no breakfast available though it is mentioned in booking. For an alternative to breakfast, they have provided us cup of tea in the morning. There are no nearby restaurants or food chain, where we can have morning breakfast.

The property denied the breakfast despite the booking

the room i booked was not available and I was traveling with my dog so I have to choose the more expensive room because there was no other option

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and I have to say I've never felt so offended in all my life. The obnoxious member of staff we first encountered looked at me and just said "NO". I naturally asked why he was saying "NO" to me and he then began to inform me that the hotel only allows Indians to stay at the property and foreigners (I'm English) are not allowed! I explained that the reaervation was paid for through BOOKING.COM an Internationally recognised online provider of accommodation and he said he didn't care about any thing I showed him I was not able to stay. After arriving so late with my Indian wife and our child I could not believe this biased attitude. As my wife speaks the country's national language she also explained but again was told "NO". Absolutely embarrassing that this property acts this way and even more embarrassing that BOOKING.COM has let a property like this onto their platform. I now await a response from both the hotel and BOOKING.COM for my refund, this won't even take into consideration my time and logistics of getting to and from this horrendous hotel.
