Clean, cosy and comfortable wooden rooms, amazing friendly hosts, delicious food. Little more expensive than other options, but 100% worth it!

The best accommodation on the trek, comfort-wise. The facilities are modern and renovated. We loved the wood finish in the rooms. The private bathroom was great and convenient. Everything was neat and clean. Comfy beds, we had the best sleep. The service is great, and the hostess was helpful. Breakfast was very delicious. + They sell snacks and drinks to treat yourself after a long hike. The yard with a view of the mountains is amazing!

Small details that could be easily improved: It would be great to have a sign/note next to the shoe stand at the entrance saying that it is forbidden to take the hiking shoes to the bedroom and that there's a dedicated drying stand for the shoes in the living room. I didn't know it beforehand and wanted to take it to my room to dry, and one man started yelling at me in Georgian. Gladly, one lady came and explained to me what was wrong and showed me the drying stand. The instant coffee is included in the breakfast price, but coffee from the machine is 10 lari extra. It would be nice to have a sign stating that this coffee costs 10 lari.

Everything about this place was just great. It has a warm atmosphere, created by the kind hostess. The crackling fire in the woodstove, homecooked meals, the view, the location on the trail (good for Lagem pass), cosy livingroom to meet other travellers, comfy beds, hot shower. Felt right at home, best place i stayed at in Georgia.

La Guesthouse est très récente et la literie est excellente, sûrement la meilleure du trek de 4 jours. La nourriture est délicieuse et les repas très copieux. Enfin la dame gérant la GH est adorable.

Aucun internet, soi-disant que la wifi ne fonctionne pas bien mais cela me semble bizarre sinon ils ne pourraient pas gérer leurs réservations via Booking par exemple.
