Our host Brigita was absolutely wonderful, always available and extremely helpful throughout our stay. The location was perfect and very central, making it easy to explore everything. The accommodation was very clean and well-maintained, and we had a truly lovely vacation overall. We would definitely recommend this place to others. Thank you, Brigita, for the excellent hospitality!

As soon as we walked in we were blown away by how clean the place was. It was an amazing experience from start to finish. The host couldn’t have been any more accommodating, her positive energy made us feel very welcome. The location is perfect as it’s only a few minutes walk from the main part of split. 10/10

Nothing negative

Really appreciated our host’s care and attentiveness to our needs. The location was perfect as it was very convenient to the city centre and a grocery store across the street. Facilities were great too!

The location was perfect, right on the doorstep of the old town with a supermarket located directly outside. Walking distance to main hotspots and bus stops/station closeby. The room was clean and very spacious. Netflix available on the TV. Host was very helpful and communicated without any delay.

Nothing I didn't like, but maybe just a few things to note. There are steps on the way in, up, and back down to the room and the hallway for the building can be quite dark at night (no lighting). As the location is so close to a tourist area it can get noisy late night and/or early morning. The hot water seemed to run out on my first day during the shower, unsure why this happened but I made sure to have quicker showers for the remainder of my stay. Bathroom is a little small. A microwave would be a great addition to the room.

Unit was on basement level, area outside of room door was very dark (hallway, steps) and guests in room above me were extremely loud during my entire stay (between 1am and 3am every night). Didn’t get much sleep because of upstairs unit. Host tried calling upstairs owner but noise seemed to get worse! Also was very difficult to find parking.

Great location, super clean and modern and the owner was very accommodating.
