Wonderful hosts; spectacular view and position

Beautifully redecorated, amazing sea views and the sound of the waves at night are so soothing! The kitchen is well stocked and there is sky tv as well. The beds are so comfortable and the linen is fresh and luxurious. Norma and Ian were very helpful and easy to communicate with.

The villa is emaculate, stylish and comfortable. There is a playground within walking distance, and a literal 1 min walk to the beach - which the kids loved. We could hear the waves and had an amazing view of the ocean. The owners are super friendly and helpful. The location is a perfect spot between the shops in Coopers Beach and Mangonui.

We had a fantastic stay here, the view from the villa was incredible! Norma was lovely and made us feel right at home. The facilities were great, the villa was clean and cosy. Having steps right down to the beach was a bonus for an early morning walk. Our boys particularly liked having the freedom to explore and also making a little friend....Bob the cat. If you are looking for a base to explore the Northland, Sunlit Bay Villas is perfect!

What a fabulous place. We had Villa 1 and the views were spectacular! One way the beach, the other was through a huge beautiful pohutakawa. The beds were super comfy, roomy lounge, huge TV, very well appointed kitchen and truly AMAZING shower with great water pressure. Hosts were so kind and full of fun! Everything is new, so very tidy! Easy access to beach with a hose to wash your feet upon return! Highly recommended, even in winter it would be great and cozy!! We had the most stunning sunset on arrival!

Wonderfully peaceful location with great views and easy beach access down the stairs. Lovely hosts and the villa had everything we needed for our stay.
