"Adorable 1-bedroom cottage, friendly hosts"

Adorable 1-bedroom ADU (listing calls it a family room, so we weren't sure if the photos matched the listing, but it does indeed have a separate bedroom) in a country setting about 6 miles from the quirky little town of Fallbrook, close to Temecula & Oceanside. Tastefully furnished, very clean and comfortable. Patio area with table and chairs. Hosts live next door, great communication, always helpful.

"Cute, Comfortable.... but Maybe Not Dog Friendly"

Very nice studio feel on the inside. Bed was comfortable. Heaters in the main room AND bedroom were necessary and appreciated

Property listing says dog friendly, but owners had their large dog running loose on more than one occasion. Not knowing the large dog's personality, I was uncomfortable when it ran up on us barking... especially as I have a small dog. It made pottying my own dog difficult because both of us were on the lookout for the other dog, not knowing if it would be running free again. Additionally, the dog being loose made it a challenge to enter and leave the property.
