INFirst time traveling solo, had a great experience staying in zostel. You will meet so many people you can connect with. Zostel is close to many cafes that had amazing foods and also to auroville. Everyday Zostel has inhouse and outdoor activities. The staffs are all friendly and make you comfortable. You would think they are your fellow travellers.

Not enough variety in terms of alcohol. Would've been nice to have more brands of beer and perhaps some hard liquor as well.
ININThe staff is friendly and helping. Though it was 6 bed dormitory but there was no disturbance at all. The food is also very light and tasty. Got a chance to had some conversation with Vijji akka(cook), she is awesome.
The bathroom could be more clean.

The Staffs needs to be educated about Customer service. How to communicate with guests in a nicely manner. I was wondering how could the management keep the staffs like this.. It seems like no one has skills and experience which is mandatory for working in hospitality industry.
