GBThe property is wonderful and looks out over a great view. The host family are very kind and they cook amazing food to enjoy with them which was a great experience. They looked after me during typhoon Yagi, including allowing me to stay an extra night which I am very grateful for.
PTNun Gia is a gem of a homestay. It has a huge common balcony with an exceptional view high over the river all the way to China. The room is a bit small but has everything expected although the airco has no heating facility and since we were there in februari it was a bit cold but they gave us extra blankets so no problem at all. The owners are a very nice couple who run it together. He speaks excellent English and she is a good cook. The dinner is with the family in the communal room where they all sit on the ground in a circle, very authentic and you feel part of their daily living. We would certainly visit again.
No heating in the room makes it chilly in the winter, other than that only compliments.
DELovely homestay with a nice view. Rooms and baths are clean and the owners are very friendly! Highly recommended for a rest during a motorbike trip in the north of Vietnam!
