Staff were very friendly , everything kept very clean all the time. Food in the buffet was lovely

The pool was freezing, such a shame to see the kids not enjoying the water as so cold, why don’t these places have solar heating for the pools, the have the sun and places to put the panels. What is it with closing the slide from 12:30 - 3pm. I get it on the big slides as have lifeguards on the top of you need to let them have lunch. But the kids pool where it’s always one lifeguard on duty. Seeing all the little kids sitting around asking parents why they aren’t on and seeing the lifeguard answer the same question to annoyed parents. At least leave the kids ones on. I avoid gluten and although they do pre order meals for food intolerance. I asked the staff for the label on the sausages at breakfast and on google translate they have no gluten but yet the sign says it’s has gluten. The chips at lunch and dinner would go from being with gluten then without gluten. Why? Mash potatoes do not need to have gluten in it. They done a stand which says gluten free on it which looked amazing until you checked it and actually only 1-2 items were actually gluten free. Then to top it off the Mayo and tomato ketchup also states have gluten in them. How? lol Kids evening disco was amazing atmosphere and staff were great. But it’s the exact same songs, same act, same sequence every night. 7 night stay we had enough of it, made holiday feel same every day in the evenings. More than anything feel bad for the staff performing the same thing every night, I bet by the end of the season they feel like TUI-3000. Beach and the water sports team where amazing, high speed 2hr boat trip was great fun, also jet ski was great fun. Get that pool heated, keep on the slide’s longer and keep the kids pool slides on and mix up the kids evening entertainment would make this place amazing and certainly draw more guests.

Great location being only twenty mins from the airport. Food was great and staff really engaging and welcoming.
