Ahipara Beach Pad

The review questions don't do justice to the property and host communications - friendly polite simple instructions, nothing too difficult to remember to do, house is very clean, warm, high ceilings, modern with modern appliances and fixtures, large fridge and freezer, cooktop, large kitchen dining living area, large tv, wide hallway, carpeted bedrooms, good beds, bed linen and towels provided although we travel with our own, loved the beautiful walk in shower and all the hand soap and body wash, shampoo provided be the property, again we travel with our own just our own practice, would have loved to but didn't use outdoor shower as we didn't go to the beach due to the weather, it's good to know it is there rather than track sand into the house, great views of the beach and different parts of Ahipara, Shipwreck Bay and 90 Mile Beach, double glazed windows helped with the sound of windy weather, even though it rained for part of our stay where possible and because the weather was quite humid at times we loved opening up the large sliding doors to the outdoors especially the sheltered deck, we loved our stay here in proper comfort in a quiet part of the area without traffic, was still easy to access the local beach below we chose this property because of being relatively close to the area for a family event rather than travel from Kaitaia to the event. In a good way this has now spoilt it for any other property we may use from now on as this is our new standard. Travel this time is myself, my adult son and my brother, review is of our collective opinion. We really hope that anyone using the property kindly looks after it & treats it with respect. A Very Big Thank You to the hosts for kind emails, for allowing us to stay at your beautiful property and we hope you would have us stay over again.

Not a dislike - driveway exit was a bit steep we were worried and didn't want to ruin it with skidding on the wet gravel thankfully 4WD managed it without any problems - there are no dislikes about the property from us

The photos does not do it justice of this beautiful home, has everything you need and more. Comfy, homely, clean, the views, the māori pieces. Check in check out is a breeze. Host are amazing!

Luxury stay, beautiful set up. Immediately felt relaxed. Perfect, would highly recommend and I definately would stay again.

Beautiful new house with stunning views in all the rooms. We loved hearing the sea at night. Well provisioned kitchen with lots of the basics, to make it easier to cook there.
