Clean, had everything, new and cosy home feel. Everything you need.
Lovely property and location, good for our stay. Might not suit everyone as very close to stables and horses. Lovely garden and outside space. Our second stay - thank you.

Absolutely beautiful accommodation. Lovely, comfy, furnishings and curated colours. Very relaxing. We wish we had stayed longer. All staff in the farm were friendly and welcoming. Walked to and from Lytham Festival which was also fabulous.

Spotlessly clean, comfortable and cosy. Appreciated the fridge items and tray of treats. Beautifully designed and decorated with peaceful well kept surroundings. A perfect stay for a few days away in gorgeous Lytham. Already booked to return.
Hot water went off during a shower on the last morning. Host Pauline was fantastic and had it back on within the hour but unfortunately it went off again during my second attempt of a shower. Shame for this to happen but these things do and host did her very best to sort.
