GBEverything in the room is to a very good standard. Shower and jacuzzi bath are excellent. Location great and near to lots of restaurants and bars. Very clean and the service you receive from the hotel is exceptional - always available via WhatsApp so if you have a question or query you can contact them through that.
The bed was not the most comfortable. It dipped in the middle so when sharing with another person you both sunk to the middle of the bed.

ESPara dos personas esta genial. En cuanto a ubicación esta muy bien ya que esta en una calle centrica, la parada de bus y lugares a visitar quedan a pocos minutos andando. Lo mejor es la bañera hidromasaje despues de un dia de visitar lugares, la sauna y la television tiene netflix. El servicio de limpieza es genial. Limpian la habitacion y reponen todo cada dia y son muy amables. Lo recomiendo para vivir experiencia diferente. Y las imagenes muestran tal cual como es en la realidad.
GRThe jacuzzi and the sauna were the best part of the room. The intriguing lighting and marble wall also made the vibe cozier.

Beware! Unfortunately I didn’t know what this place was when I booked it. I tried to cancel when I found out and staff refused. It’s in a sketchy neighborhood, there’s no parking or hotel staff. We had to walk a few minutes with our luggage as the there is no direct street access to the door. When you get there, it’s in an apartment/office building. You go up an old elevator. Our room had flies in it, hand prints were left all over the bed with frame. It was pretty clear the intention of this place was for something inappropriate. We were really hoping we can cancel when we found out but staff could care less. So here is a warning for others: -if you’re like us and just on vacation, you’re much better off staying in a regular hotel room -their was no staff on site, we took luggage up alone -it is dark, and the mood feels more sketchy than a nice getaway. We felt so uneasy we didn’t even bother using hot tub or the sauna. Thankfully we only were in Palermo for one night.
