Nice place. Staff makes sure to keep the common areas clean. Room is comfortable.

There is a TV but no outlet to plug it in... Price is still a little high.

My room was not ready for checkin at the time suggested by the host. The room had a bad stench (but no visible reasons for it). The TV had too short power cable to be mounted in the wall. I asked for a cable but it was never produced during my stay. The curtains were broken, and they were not fixed (also after asking the host). Eventually, I had to keep the room dark at all times. The ventilation wss broke (pieces were left on a cabinet in the room), there was a hole in the wall above my bed. The walls are not well insulated from noise - I could here all conversations, and activities in neighbouring rooms. I had actively to ask for the code to lock the room (I ws not provided with info aboutg how to lock, and there as noone telling me where the facilities were located (and no doors have signs indicationg what is behind them). Next to sleeping under the skies, all other options would be preferred - sorry but this is my worst stay I have ever had...

The host was polite and tried to find a solution to the overbooking, by offering a room at another place.

I only was informed that the place was overbooked 1.5 hours before the planned arrival (and it was already evening). Since it was impossible to find an affordable alternative on a Saturday night of high season in Norway, I accepted the host's offer of another place. At first it looked fine, but I got disappointed because the room turned out to be dirty, including a bag of garbage from the previous guest in the cupboard, the front door was not supposed to be locked at night (luckily my room could get locked), there was nowhere to hang clothes and the sink in the room was rather clogged. I did consider for a little to go sleep at the airport... The host seems kind but he needs to get better at managing bookings (and take cleanliness more seriously).

Perfect place to just get your head down and really helpful staff made this so easy and accessible
