Nuovo, pulito spazioso. Zanzariere e aria condizionata stendino.

La cameretta piccola è senza finestra e con una centralina quindi ho preferito dormirci io. Dopo 3 docce fatte l’acqua faceva un po’ di difficoltà ad andare via e le finestre del bagno sono molto alte e difficili da aprire, mi sarebbe piaciuto cambiare un po’ l’aria.

Stupendo appartamento, spazioso, silenzioso e fresco, di gran stile e dotato di ogni confort, comodo per raggiungere la spiaggia ed altri servizi. Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'accoglienza e la disponibilità.

Nice big and clean apartment, but the hole city of Avola looks like empty, nothing to do there except going to the beach which was super crowded.

Perfekter Appartament für Strand-Urlaub - modern, gross, sauber, gut ausgestattet und klimatisiert. 600m bis zum Strand und 900m vom Stadtzentrum Avola.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed for cooking, which was great. It’s about 10 minutes to the public beach and around 15 minutes to the town center, so the location is convenient. Please note that it’s a basement apartment, which might matter for some people, and the mattresses were very soft — so keep that in mind too. There’s no yard, but inside the apartment there are two sofas where you can relax and spend time with friends. The air conditioning works well, which was a big plus. We stayed here for 4 nights. One morning the workers unexpectedly started digging near the wall quite early, but after we spoke with the host, they arranged for the work to start later the next day — we appreciated that. Tip: Nearby there’s an almond factory Munafo with a small shop (about 5–10 minutes away). We highly recommend visiting — they sell good quality almonds at reasonable prices!

Soft mattresses, big pillows.

Everything! The apartment is huge, very clean, with a well ecquipped kitchen. The distance to the beach is around 10 min by walk and the same distance is to the city center.
