"Has great potential but needs cleaning"

The apartment is in an excellent location and it's very nicely furnished, it has really great potential

As a non smoker I did not appreciate the smoke smell in the apartment. The floor and surfaces could have had some more cleaning as it was covered by dust and the bathroom needed a lot of cleaning and disinfection
