THe Kind Homestay

Precio calidad excelente, de lo mejor en nuestro viaje por lombok/bali. La habitacion es bonita, espaciosa, las dos camas twin son de plaza y media, sabanas blancas limpias y un buen AC. Una mini terracita con mesa y silla para comer, leer tranquilas. La ubicacion es perfecta para moverse a las playas mas lindas de Kuta Lombok, cercana a la carretera principal pero sin ruidos ni barullo del centro (a 10 min en moto). El camino de acceso es apenas complicado pero luego de 1 dia en moto lo haces facil. La atencion y servicio excelente, siempre atentos al whatsapp. Nos han alquilado moto por el precio mas bajo y de muy buena calidad tanto motos como cascos. Tiene una cocina comun que viene bien para prepararse desayuno y ofrecen agua potable ilimitada para beber.

La mezquita esta cerca y se oye pero esto sucede en toda la isla.. nada nuevo, sugiero dormir con tapones. Quizas podrian haber limpiado la habitacion en nuestra estadía de 6 noches aunque pedimos nuevas toallas y nos la dieron sin problema. El jardin de la zona comun precisa de un poco de amor y cuidado.

This was my favourite accommodation in Kuta Lombok. The place is an absolute hidden gem. The rooms are very spacious with a large spacious outdoor bathroom. There’s a kitchen for use too. The outdoor area of the room has a practical seating space too. Great AC. Super clean too. The rooms have smart TV’s, the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect because, getting into town is only a short ride away and so is Tanjung Aan, Bukit Merese and Gerupuk. I really loved my stay here and would absolutely come back. The host is great at replying to messages too and helpful. Best of all is Yunis. She is amazing at communicating and helping with anything you need. She is excellent and makes the place even better!

The rooms could do with a mirror inside the actual room (there is space) although there is a mirror inside the bathroom. The bathroom door needs to be blocked out to avoid the morning sunlight coming in but these are very very minor issues.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Der Besitzer antwortet superschnell und ist lösungsorientiert. Man kann direkt bei der Unterkunft zu einem fairen Preis Roller mieten.

Die Amaturen im Badezimmer waren massiv verkalkt und nicht mehr im besten Zustand. Das Bad war generell nicht richtig sauber. Leider laufen ständig Straßenkatzen auf dem Grundstück und betteln penetrant nach Essen.

I went with couple of best friends and we found it as hidden gem. Located just few miles away from Koeta, and across of Mandalika circuit, we were surprised this accommodation fits us well, the room is pretty new and huge for homestay category and the best thing is the bed is very comfortable. Only one small thing, our shower floor keeps leaking but it was not a big issue the owner is very accommodating to our requests. We will stay again if we visit.

Amazing Homestay, very clean and chill. The location is very peaceful and the host and staff are very friendly with great service. I would highly recommend staying here!

Yuni the manager was so exceptionally kind and welcoming and made the stay so wonderful. Will come back just to see her again

Hidden gem in Kuta lombok! Around 5/10m scooter ride to the center in a quiet little guesthouse , just with other three rooms . The staff is amazing and the rooms are super comfortable !

Only thing is the mosquitos that come in the room from the sliding doors , so a mosquito net could be useful!

A nice, lovely place in quiet area, about 10 mins away from bustling Kuta by scooter. The bed, pillow and blanket are super comfy. Room is clean. Air con, hot shower and WIFI works well. There's a shared kitchen and free drinking water refill.

I got room number 1 and there is no toilet seat. That is the only downside but overall is 10/10.
