Pillows could have been better

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Everyone at the hotel was exceptionally kind, professional, and attentive—from the reception staff to the restaurant team, chefs, and housekeeping personnel. The hotel offers beautiful views and a very pleasant atmosphere. We also had dinner at the hotel on several occasions and were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The meals were delicious, and the prices were very reasonable for the level of service and quality provided. Although the hotel is located a bit outside the city center, this was not an issue for us as we were traveling by car. In fact, for travelers planning to take the Bernina Express and explore the region by car, this hotel is an excellent choice. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay here again in the future.

No mucho, pero aceptable.

No tenían calefacción, tuve que discutir el tema hasta conseguirlo, vale destacar que Giacomo un empleado se esmeró en hacernos sentir a gusto. Gracias
