It was a nice place to be. They really treat us incredibly great. Location is away of the noise. Looking forwards to be back.

When power issues they run generator which may do some noise, and also the dogs are early birds. Be aware of the dogs. It’s a part of being there.

Ralph, Lin, and Mitch are amazing hosts. They help and put themselves for you all the time. Giving the real filling of home and family away from home 🏡 The place itself is equipped with the best electricity, Wi-Fi, and strong hot running water. I highly recommend it for all who seek relaxation in the jungle island life with the comfortability of strong Wi-Fi, hot strong water, and 24/7 electricity 💪 💙 ❤️ 🙏

The rooms are excellent. Well sized, and don’t feel cramped. The wifi also works well (Starlink), and they have a generator because of the island sometimes experiencing electricity blackouts. The owners are also very kind, and the staff helpful. Feels homely to be here!

Nothing of note. I am not used to the foam mattresses, which are all across this island. A feature of Siargao

The owners, staff and dogs were extremely friendly and helpful. It is a small but warm and welcoming hotel, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate to our needs. The hotel is located in a quiet area away from the party noise in town but can be easily reached with Tuk tuks - getting around is not a problem at all. Very good choice of homemade all day breakfast was offered. We enjoyed chill time sitting outside our rooms to eat or read. Water pressure was good in the shower and the room was very clean and spacious. Power supply can be intermittent in Siargao and the hotel has its own backup and solar system to ensure uninterrupted electricity. Overall very happy with the hotel which was the highlight of our visit! Thank you Ralf, Linda and Mich!

Beautiful accommodation with friendly owners and staff. It's the best place to stay in Siargao! They even organized a fantastic BBQ for all the guests, which was a great way to meet others and get to know the owners better. During our stay, there were frequent power outages on the island, but that wasn't an issue at Casa Basa because they have solar power with batteries and a generator. While others on the island had sleepless nights due to their air conditioning stopping, we slept perfectly in a cool room. They also arranged transportation to and from the airport, and we rented two excellent scooters directly from Casa Basa—the best way to explore the island. We visited the CrossFit box in General Luna daily, which was just a short drive away from Casa Basa.
