Simple but ideal accommodation, conveniently situated at the end of the small market street, in a beautiful colonial building with high ceilings and stunning details in wood and glass. Very friendly staff make the welcome pleasant and the visit to Panjim a memorable experience.

The staff were very kind and helpful. I was offered a replacement apartment but ended up not staying there anyway.

Room promised a balcony that was not there. A loud reception behind the door instead. The photos are stylised over promising heritage stay but reality resembles more hospital like hostile vibe. Opposite of cosy, plain and basic.

The washbasin pipes should get serviced. It seems larvas were coming out some pipes surrounding the sink.

The place is cozy. The staff is respectful and helpful. The location is in the heart of panjim. The balcony is a nice touch. If you're a solo female traveller, like me, this felt like a safe place.
