Royal Phoenix Inn - Heritage Stay in Fontainhas, Panjim

Much nicer inside than it looks from the outside. Rooms are very spacious with original features and comfortable beds. Very well equipped with a fridge, kettle, tea, coffee and water provided. Huge bathroom with a powerful shower. The location is great, just a short pleasant walk into Fontainhas near a spectacular temple. Alim was helpful and provided lots of information about the area. We would stay again.

The caged dogs in the property next door were really noisy. There was also some building work going on outside but this stopped in the late afternoon.

The staff were lovely very helpful, they did some laundry for me (perfectly), the room was very clean, water was hot, the hotel was very good value, no hesitation to recommend !

Location was a bit far.
