Its location

It was not clean not comfortable The AC was not working Nobody speaks English I forgot my shirt in the room but when I came back to collect it, the staff mentioned they didn’t find it.

The carpet the location and we thank them for the water bidet in the bathroom

The staff were not honest we booked 3 rooms by booking with a balcony but when I arrived a lady named Maco told me you have only booked 2 rooms after a long talk she gave me the third room with no balcony and she didn’t give me the rooms cards The other lady was busy with her kid when we asked her to send someone to fix the TV. and the lights of the room . No sugar , no water in the room The staff not responding

Расположение.

Много чего нету из того что указано на сайте букинге. Примерно 60% отсутствует, что было написано. Мы жили на 4ом этаже, днем было жарко, кондиционер не справлялся, после жалобы нам дали вентилятор. Ремонт старый, мебель тоже старое. На сайте площадь комнаты было указано 25м2, по факту 13 или 15м2.
