The man at the reception was as unfriendly and grumpy as possible. There was only one hand towel in the room, there were no other towels at all. There was a hair in the sink, and the carpet was wet. The man at check-in said that the check-out is at noon, the cleaner started kicking us out at 11.

За все свои путешествия первый раз пишу плохой отзыв. Провели в Тбилиси 3 дня и решили задержаться еще на один. К сожалению, наш номер был занят и пришлось забронировать одну ночь в этом отеле, на изучение отзывов не было времени. Персонал во время заселения был вежливый, предложили на выбор два номера с одной кроватью. Выбрали второй, так как в первом был ужасный запах. Через минут 10 после заселения проверили, что бронировали с двумя отдельными кроватями. Попросили поменять номер на что нам ответили: Ничего менять не будем, скажите спасибо, что мы вас впустили и вы не остались на улице. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Про то почему в номере одно маленькое полотенце (+одно для ног) на два человека уже даже решили не спрашивать. Хорошо, что были свои. Номер был на скидке за 81 лари, что максимум для номера без полотенец, со старым ремонтом и шумом из окна от ресторана и какого-то радиатора на улице. Выспаться не получится. За большую цену я бы конечно не рекомедовала. Но даже за эту цену есть в центре более приличные варианты. Стоит отметить, что при выселении на ресурс была очень милая вежливая женщина.🙂

Terrible experience! We informed the hotel in advance that we would arrive at 3 a.m. and they confirmed that it was fine, that they would be waiting for us. However, when we arrived, a man (maybe a guard, I don’t even know who he was) came out and told us that the reception was already closed and there were no rooms available. I explained that I had a reservation, but he rudely said he didn’t care, that everything was full, and even told me to “call the police.” At 3 in the morning! Then he suddenly said there was one room available but at a higher price. I agreed, just to have somewhere to stay. He tried to open the room, but the key didn’t work, and then someone inside started shouting because the room was already occupied. In the end, he told us nothing could be done and ordered us to leave immediately. This was our first night in Georgia, and instead of resting, we were left standing on the street at 3 a.m. with no place to go. Absolutely unacceptable!

I booked a hotel and when i arrived there they told me that that dont have a room for me, there was no way in reception, only security guy told me that it was not possible to stay there and told me some fake reasons?
