Simba Royal Sands

This is such a hidden little gem!. Was absolutely beautiful, and will definitely book again if we ever stay over at Scarborough, only downside was that it was so cold in the apartment, being winter didn't help that at all. Ohh and the bed! Was one of the best night sleep we had in a long time

A great property. Clean, modern, and well situated. Booked last minute for a 3 night mini break on the morning of the arrival day, and everything was perfect. Clear check-in info, spotlessly clean apartment, and some biscuits to have with our post journey cuppa. Had a lovely time and will return (if they're not already booked up!)

This seaside apartment is an absolute gem! Immaculately clean and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—fridge, freezer, washer/dryer, and more. Just steps away from the stunning cliff tops, where you can hear the soothing sound of crashing waves right from the apartment. Ample outdoor parking makes it even more convenient. A perfect coastal escape!

Good location for the cricket ground and very modern and had everything you needed

Simba Royal Sands is a perfect base for exploring Scarborough. It is clean and very comfortable and the owners have put effort in both inside and in the garden. It was a perfect base for the cricket and within a 2 minute walk you have a cafe, a terrific real ale pub and a cracking fish and chip shop. I will be back again at some point.

Everything was superb

The only thing was that there was no soap or shower gel in the bathroom. Plus no scourer in kitchen to wash up with.

The location, was homely and comfortable and so relaxing and would actually happily stay again as it’s a beautiful flat.

Small Stain on the duvet cover and bathroom Matt towel, I slipped in the shower and landed on my arm so the shower ideally needs a slip Matt in there and the boiler in the cupboard next to the bed was loud through the night.
