Es gab eigentlich nichts Negatives. Alles war sehr gut organisiert und wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.

the location was spectacular as well as the view.

did not eat breakfast at the location. We did order a shrimp cocktail sin the afternoon and the service was slow. There were no other customers at the time and it took over 45 minutes to bring a shrimp cocktail. Had to send it back because the shrimp was totally raw. I would expect that with a ceviche but not a shrimp cocktail. The shower in out room did not have a good slope for the water to drain as a result the water just flowed towards the door. requested a squeegee for shower.

Emilio, y todo el personal de Ziga son ejemplares. Desde el minuto 1 nos hicieron sentir en casa

Lo único que no me convenció fue la cocina. Creo que el menú es muy grande y ofrece demasiado para que todo sea del todo fresco. Un menú más chico, y platillos más curados, les permitiría brindar una oferta mas interesante y más eficiente también para ellos en términos de gastos.

Fantastic location and friendly helpful staff. Big shout out to Raphaelo who was particularly helpful.

Everything was great. A few little tweaks in the room could’ve been good like having some pegs on the doors and maybe another towel but we did like everything.

The property and staff were absolutely wonderful. The restaurant and bar had delicious food and the service was great. It was my mom's birthday and we fell asleep to the sound of the ocean every night. Honestly the best ocean view room in mazunte you could ask for ! Thank you for making my mom's birthday so memorable!

I liked everything!
