Quartos em Vila Paradise Porto da Cruz

A Dona Sónia, que nos recebeu, foi uma simpatia, colocando-se à disposição para qualquer coisa que fosse preciso! A limpeza do alojamento estava impecavel, bem como o espaço e conforto do mesmo!

It was a beautiful house, well placed.

The accomodation was spacious and neat, with large common areas, laundry room and well-equipped kitchen. Room had a very comfortable dressing-room which was a huge plus, and a balcony with a pretty view.

Unfortunately the house has no heating system. Outside was 10/14oC (night/day) when we were where in January! There was no A/C to warm up the room, nothing. Imagine spending a whole day on levadas, soaking wet from rain and waterfalls, and arriving to a house which is terribly cold! We slept under 5 blankets and in winter hats. I was drying our shoes for 3 hours with a hairdryer, since they are not suitable for a tumble dryer. After a warm shower the walls in our bathroom were dripping with water, since there was only a small window to ventilate and no heater at all; towels were still wet in the morning. The only heat source was a fireplace in the livingroom, but the amount of (wet) wood provided was only enough to make a pretty look, but definitely insufficient to warm up such a large house. It did not change anything in our room, even though we kept our doors open during the whole night (crazy!) My husband caught a cold on the first day after we arrived, and I wasn’t feeling very comfortable either, especially being pregnant and in those conditions. All in all, I think the accomodation is not suitable for living there in the winter and should not be rented. I definitely do not recommend going there in cold months, but can imagine the place to be pleasant, in the summer.

Etwas muffiger Geruch im (begehbaren) Kleiderschrank, was aber nicht wirklich gestört hat. Sonst war wirklich alles schön.

Это было прекрасно!) вид с окна превосходный. В доме есть все и даже больше. Бильярд нас порадовал , на террасе можно кушать и пить чай. Парковка , расположение , вид, 15 мин до аэропорта и 25 до фуншала. Связь с хозяйкой постоянная . Отзывчивая и приятная

Расположение , вид с окна/террасы . В доме есть все и даже больше. Парковка . Связь с хозяйкой . Вай фай работал прекрасно . Камин. Мы в восторге
