"Lovely hosts, amazing property, perfect location!"

First and foremost - Tony and Rico are amazing hosts! The whole property is spotless and clean with a kitchen for making food if you wish. There is free water available too. We stayed in the upstairs room which was very spacious with a comfy bed and huge bathroom. The location is also very central in Seminyak and 5 minutes walk from the beach in one direction or the main shopping/bar/restaurant area in the other. The pool sees the sun for most of the day and there are enough loungers for all guests.

The location was perfect. A few minutes walk to the restaurants and shops and on the other side to the resort hotels and beach. Don't let the maze to get to the villa fool you, this is a very central place to stay. The property is like home to home with a well appointed kitchen and lounge

There is nothing that we did not like.
