Staff not allowing for the early check in.very worst..what should i do if my train reach at 4am...they ask to come after 12..should i wait for 8 hours in the road?

"Excellent staff; property desperately needs a refurb"

Staff is excellent. The food is superb. Location is super convenient.

The property is extremely run down and even mouldy in some places. Be aware that checkout takes at least 10 minutes because they will make you wait while they send someone up for the minibar check.
