There is an overwhelming smell of rubbish / garbage in all communal areas of the property. The communal areas need to be refurbished and are not welcoming. However, happily the same does not apply to the flat itself. The location does not have much in the immediate vicinity.

The entrance area could be made more appealing but the apartment itself was very good, we would stay again

Have to use a code for the garage where all the smelly bins are to get in to main building. Main building entrance and bathroom also has strange musty smell. Some issues getting connected to wifi but it worked eventually

Toilet was blocked though just about usable when we arrived but took nearly two days to get fixed when we reported it which was unpleasant to say the least. Also baking trays were dirty from previous guest and we had to wash before we could use. To get to the apartment you have to walk past the bin room which smells horrible and there are flies in the corridor. Once you get to the flat there is no smell but that corridor is awful.
