One of the nicest flat what I was accomdated in the Philippines. The owner was nice and very helpful. House is compete with everything we needed as family. The house was very clean without insect. Furnitures were new and TV is with free netflix. Filtered water coming from the tap. Free drinking water. If you are in the area this is the best place to stay. Kimberly and Daniel from Slovakia

Mary Ann and famely is very nice. If you are international and have car and like us. Not spending much time at hotel and amenities. THIS is a perfect place to stay.

It was the perfect spot for our weeklong stay. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment had a private balcony and rooftop access for a nice view of the tree-scaped neighborhood. The kitchen was well-stocked, including an electric water kettle. A microwave was available in the common area, and Mary had coffee and tea and drinking water available.

The location is pretty good, like 10 min drive to shopping mall and inside a secured village. Modern instalations and everything working well.
