Dodgy electrics burnt my phone when charging and when i told the manager she didnt care

Beautiful period property and grounds. We and the dogs loved it. Fab staff. Food lovely.

I stayed at Bagden Hall after being temporarily without an address due to a fire. The staff were absolutely amazing, very supportive and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The breakfast was stunning and served at the table in a gorgeous setting. I cannot thank the staff enough for their help and support,

Great care taken of us from arrival to departure. Including dog treats and water bowls for the pooch. Great facility and super menu.

The hotel was good, our room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and walk in shower. It also had two chairs.

The food was OK, not a lot if choice their idea of seasonal vegetables were peas, unless you wanted to pay quite a bit more for basic other ones. At breakfast we had to keep asking for cereals and bread to be filled up, also on our last breakfast nobody asked if we would like a cooked breakfast. When we arrived we had various toasted sandwiches all of which were very poor for the cost, I would say they were the worst sandwiches I have ever had in a hotel, dry, poorly filled, and a salad garnish consisted of Lettuce only.

Lovely location with beautiful grounds. Lots of character to the building. Delicious food, with plenty of choice on the menu. Staff were friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely go back.

Nothing to dislike.

Bathroom sink was damaged

Booked on room only basis. Didn’t have dinner or breakfast.

No room service or sandwiches available after 8.30pm.
