GBLovely rooms and when I checked in very late the staff were kind and welcoming. They also helped manage a bus booking and associated changes
There were a couple of things in the room that needed changing - safe was locked and sink was leaking badly. But both of these were resolved quickly. Some communications were off too like the afternoon tea no longer being available.
