Kims House Andong

A beatiful cosy traditional little house in Andong. Well connected to the bus network not far away from the town centre. A lot of information about the area available inhouse. The host Kim was super nice explained us about the area and could easily be contacted.

The bathroom can be a bit chilly depending on the season, but then again it's a traditional house not a modern hotel.

Loved this home, very unique.

There was a very musty/moldy smell after taking a shower that did not go away for the rest of the stay, even after airing out the bathroom.

Charming little house down a very quiet street, has everything you need, plus a few nice extras coffee, water,cookies and noodles which was very nice. Kim is very friendly and helpful, gave us good information regarding things to see and do in Andong.

Nothing, if we had a niggle it would be that the taxi driver dropped us at the wrong place. However I called Kim and he came and found us and took us to the property.

the Hanok is nice and very traditional. The host is very kind and gives you good tips.

bathroom and neighbourhood is not nice. You need a car because moving around is very difficult by bus you need almost always more than one hour.

I can stay in an entire house here for the price of one room. The hanok is beautiful and there are many parking spaces around the house.

It’s a cosy and authentic Korean house with a good bed, easy to reach by car and near high lights of the area. Kim is very welcoming and accommodating.

The bathroom is outdated.

The host gave us good recommendations of what was just going on. The hanok house has been renovated and decorated in a nice way. The beds were very comfortable.

The bathroom entrance is a little bit inconvenient for very tall persons, however, this made our Hanok experience even more original.

Kim's house is really nice to stay and cozy. If anyone who wants to visit Andong, have to stay here. The house was clean and enough for 2people. Also, Kim and his wife are so nice. Thank you! hope to see you again!

Mr. Kim introduced Andong's famous tourist spots and restaurants. The house was also pretty and comfortable. I only stayed for one day, but next time I want to stay longer and travel to various places in Andong.
