Hotel exceeded our expectations - great staff, tasty breakfast and best location right by the Registan. Rooms were lareg and well equipped. Definitely worth a stay.

The location and the roof top was great. I lovely large room and breakfast choice.

Lack of hot water on 2 days out of 3 which, had it not been so hot, so woukd have been a pain. Staff were alwYs there, so but not outgoing.

We arrived very early in the morning and could occupy our room at appr. 11 o'clock wich was great because we were very tired after a long (night flight). The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There is fress water in the refrigirator all the time as much as you need. (and you need it!). Breakfast was good with lots of vegetables, eggs etc. The hotel is very close to the main sights, There is a terrace on the roof which is very nice in the evening. (at daytime it is too hot). Our room was large with all you need.

There was construction work at the neighboring building.

A special location right behind Registan Square with a gorgeous rooftop view. Appreciated being near the sites because the summer heat was intense and it was nice to escape back to our cool rooms in the afternoon. The reception staff were helpful and kind, allowing us to cloak luggage after checking out and assisting us with finding our Yandex. Breakfast was included, wifi was good, windows open when you want fresh air later in the night.

A great hotel! It's located directly behind the Registan and has a great view from the roof terrace. We stayed in a room at the back of the second floor, which faced the Registan directly (back site) — except for a few power lines from the neighbours buildings. Beside of this we enjoyed the central, and also quite location. The breakfast was very good, with fresh salads and also freshly prepared warm food - and there was an original DeLonghi coffee machine, great! The service was perfect and the reception staff was always extremely helpful.

The only disadvantage was the bathroom, with an urgend need of refurbishing and reparation. There were sometimes problems with the hot water when showering, the bathroom ventilation was poor and the bathroom window couldn't be opened, so it smelled musty and there were some mould stains.

Excellent location close to registan , great breakfast. Appreciate the free water! Friendly staff and they allowed us to store bags after checkout.

AC worked minimally in our room. Lots of construction on the adjacent building starting early in the morning.
