Pleasant view to a beautiful park with a mosque in the city. The owner is very helpful, he even printed my boarding pass at midnight. The atmosphere of the flat was special, I felt the french colonial era between those walls. To summarize, I am very satisfied.

There are elements needed for guests safety any one with bad intentions could push the door easily and get it to the property I felt little bit unsafe

The Booking.com page is very misleading- the owner 'Zack' hangs out at the accommodation in the common area with his friends, drinking and smoking inside. Absolutely inappropriate.. Why is he even there? Let alone inviting others in. No guests felt comfortable leaving their rooms. We stayed away from the accom as long as possible and eventually returned at 10:30pm and asked how long they would be drinking/smoking/talking outside our room, Zack was rude to us from this point onward. The rooms and entire apartment are filthy- no bed sheets?? The beds had dirt on them and one of the pillows was lumpy and moist. I made the mistake of walking on the floor with bare feet- covered in grime. The bathroom/toilet is even worse. No blinds/fly screens on the windows so the mosquitos and lots of street noise were present. Breakfast NOT included. No surprise. We are travellers content with budget accommodation, but you couldn't pay me to stay here again.

Zach is an exceptional host. He met us with open arms and made sure our stay was comfortable. He went far and beyond our expectations. He provided lot of information, suggestions, and tips. I would come back in a heart beat.

The room itself was spotless, comfortable, and cozy, making it feel like a home away from home. The chef was also incredibly friendly and made sure I had everything I needed during breakfast. Overall, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable stay!
