BATUMI RUMI BEACH

Отдыхали в июле 2025 года. Владелец квартиры угостил нас бутылкой вина, дал много рекомендаций какие места посетить и где отведать национальные блюда, был очень внимателен и всегда на связи. У нас было бесплатное парковочное место. В квартире большой балкон с видом на горы и на море. Квартира укомплектована всем необходимым.

Great host! Very friendly and helpful. Also made me a present after arrival :) Apartment is comfortable and equipped with everything that is needed.

The building is newly built and although it is not completed yet, the unit is complete. The inside of the unit is very clean and tidy and all facilities are complete. The host is very kind and lovely and always responsive to you. It is a little far from the city center, but it is suitable for those who come by car. There is a parking lot in the area and we had no problem with this.

It is better to have slippers.

The owner of the house is a super guy, very kind and willing. The house is extremely clean and has a very large balcony with a sea view.

The location is very romantic, mountains on the left side, endless sea on the right side, airplanes takeoffs and landings in the middle:)

A little bit noisy in the night time, but this doesn’t cause significant inconvenience.

Fabulous! Fantastic! The decoration of the room is thought out to be as comfortable as possible for this size. Purely. All materials are high quality. Gas stove with 4 sections. <3 All the beautiful cookware you need. The lighting in the rooms is bright, each lamp has 3 colors. Very comfortable wide bar counter and spacious balcony. amazing views of the mountains and sea. The owner is also very kind. Thank you!
