Friendly and helpful staff. We rarely have staff bring your luggages to the room nowadays, but this hotel still offer this service. Great.

Beds were very hard no smoking rooms

Not the best hotel in Burriram but well located close to the bus station - just watch out for the soi dogs running rampant. The beds were small and old and one was way more comfy than the other. No shower curtain so the bathroom is a wet room. The pool wasn't exactly clean and the breakfast was crowded with few western choices and overall a bit bland. The staff are really nice.

This is a well known hotel amongst locals with the conference room and pool which seems to be open to the street. The issue with stray dogs needs to be addressed as does the stench in the elevator. I wouldn't stay here again!

The first room was not made for tall person.

Overall we liked the hotel and the service. The location is also quite convenient, the bus station and some stores can be reached on foot. The breakfasts were also not bad at all, although mostly menu was very simple.

Not very good sound insulation. Every morning around 6am we could hear our neighbors taking a shower. Twice a day (around 8 am and in the afternoon) the hotel staff made quite a lot of noise in the corridor, just during our morning and afternoon naps. The strangest thing is that the hotel staff ignored the "do not disturb" signal at our door twice and knocked on the door with some quite non-urgent questions.
