Apesar da simpatia dos funcionários é a falta de formação e organização ou tudo se deve a falta de pessoal. Para um hotel de top o serviço não é condizente. Na piscina pouco apoio, pequeno almoço tivemos 30 minutos a aguardar colocarem mesa...

A piscina e a tranquilidade do espaço

O serviço deixou muito a desejar, houveram várias falhas no decorrer da estadia. Não é de todo um serviço de um hotel com as estrelas que tem. A televisão do quarto nunca funcionou e nunca nos foi apresentada qualquer solução. O serviço de comida era muito lento e vinha constantemente errado. Desiludiu
