Charme Room&Relax

The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and the location couldn't be better. Is very close to the port and the train station. And the view from the balcony was amazing, with the Vesuvius in the distance. They also have a restaurant were you can eat. Overall, is a perfect choice for relaxing and enjoying nearby places. Thank you, Charm&Relax staff !!

Light room, nice view, clean, good wifi, smart TV.

Noisy at night (from a road). And can not fully close the windows because it becomes hot. Opened windows cause mosquitos attacks.

View from the room and patio. Excellent nearby restaurants. Room was upgraded at no cost.

The room was fine with a good deck and great views. The breakfasts were good.

There were a lot of steps up to the property with no handrail support. Would have been good if this was made clear in the room advert. It would have been even better if a kettle and cups had been supplied

Rooms were bright and clean. We enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening watching the sunset

Not a fan of the 1st floor & entrance, but not much you could do about that. The apartment itself is beautiful. My only suggestion would be to not use the room fragrance, it was very strong.

We enjoyed our stay, as it was safe, has quite modern facilities and beautiful sea view and I loved that even the bathroom shares a window with sea view.

The accommodation is ideal for a short-term visit; as we spent one full week there, we wished that the accommodation provided a kettle and a possibility to prepare simple meals (e.g microwave). Also, there was no cleaning service during the whole week and towels have never been changed. Unfortunately, the mattress is bulging on the right side and after a few days it‘s causing back pain.

The climb to the fourth floor is a bit arduous, it should be taken into account.

The host is really great. Its not a 5 or 4 starts hotell, seems guys have not so much experience, BUT extremely friendly!!! view was unbelievable!!!
