The hotel cancelled the booking last minute right before we reached their to check in at the reception They alloted our room to some other guest as they reached on spot and agreed to pay more. The hotel representative wanted us to get some other property. It was such a heneous inconvenience for us as a group. Very poor way of customer handling. They took 1000 rs more than the booking amount and gave us a corner room instead of sea view room
