תחזוקה ירודה, נאלצנו להחליף חדר שלא היתה בו תאורה, מיטת ילד שהיא ספת סלון עם שקע שלא מתאימה לשינה , מחיר גבוה ללא תמורה

האיזור יפה לטיולים, המלון ממוקם במקום טוב אבל לא ממצה את הפוטנציאל

פשוט מדי, מיושן, חלונות מלוכלכים בחדרים, אין פרחים ברחבי המלון ומרגיש מוזנח. אוכל בינוני . בבריכה אין כמעט אוכל, סביבות הסריגה לריקי והמון זבובים

It was clean and comfortable. The staff very nice, the food very good.

Expensive. I could hear the "neighbors" of the adjacent room talking at night, I would prefer not hearing them.

The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was diverse and had many options, even on Passover.

The room was small and oddly shaped, the pullout bed was uncomfortable and not in good shape. The children's lounge was very rundown.

I usually stay here at least once a year. The staff are very professional, (Rebecka and Dan), the difference this time was the new staff member Michal. Nothing was too much trouble, very professional and a sunny disposition. All you could ask for from a hotel member of staff.

The pool wasn't open as it's still considered out of season even though it was 29 deg C.
