"Avoid at all costs"

The photographs and reviews are totally false. The place is a smelley, dirty dump. Avoid.

For a start, they tried to fob us off with a small room even though we paid for a suite. It took us 1.5 hrs before we could get our room! They said breakfast would be served at 9am but nothing was ready. No toilet paper and every member of staff was grumpy.
