The staff were extremely unfriendly and came across as quite rude, which made my stay a very unpleasant experience. Hospitality starts with how guests are treated, and unfortunately, that was lacking here. The team would really benefit from better training in customer service and basic courtesy. Because of this experience, I would not consider returning.
