The Tribute Hotel

The staff on reception were very helpful and courteous. The cleaning staff and guys on the main door always spoke and were very welcoming. The room was big and clean. The location was great close to many restaurants, bars and shops.

The AC in the room didn't seem very effective and even on a low temperature and high fan speed, didn't cool tge room effectively. The management of the hotel were very inflexable. I asked to leave a large suitcase at the hotel for a few days before my stay, as I was going to be out of Manila for 4 days and didn't want to take the large case. There were so many questions about tjis back and forth thst I decided to make alternative arrangements with my prior accommodatuon. Also, I had mistakenly booked the wrong check out date, due to my flight being over two days, so I wanted to reduce this by one day, to 4 rather than 5. This I explained at check in. The lady on reception was very helpful in trying to accommadate that, but management needed to agree this. I was told they could do this an on tjis occasion they wouldn't charge me an additional fee. Why would I be charged an additional fee for reducing days. I asked if there wasn't goi g to be any refund for the day, just to leave the booking as it was. The staff in the hotel were let down by poor management of situations like the two I encountered. A more accommodating hotel, would have resulted in a better experience.

small lobby , it could have been more spacious and also the breakfast buffet choices are limited looking forward for more meal choices

Spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, great staff!

The Wi-fi is hit and miss, mostly miss. The hotel gets a bit noisy on the weekends. Overall, we were pretty happy with our stay, however.

My deposit of 2000 pesos from my previous 3 nights stay was not returned .

Very central location, clean comfy spacious rooms, lovely breakfast Great value for money

there was an event in one of our stays, we had requested a few items but it wasn't available coffee and water, we were told the delivery hadn't arrived? but overall great. very happy to come back
